Free Ebook About The ADHD Fraud Plus Free Food Guide

Has your child been “diagnosed” with “ADHD”?

You might want to check out these very timely resources brought to you by Homeschool Freebie of the Day and Mike Adams “The Health Ranger”:

Live with Dr. Fred Baughman: The ADHD Fraud (PDF ebook) – In the last 30 years, the field of psychiatry has transformed childhood into a disease through the label of ADHD. Dr. Fred Baughman, a pediatric neurologist and fellow of the American Association of Neurologists explores the reasons for this in this transcribed interview. He is one of the few neurological experts that is willing come forward with the truth about ADHD and the mass drugging of America’s children. Have you ever wondered why other countries don’t have this explosion of mental illness in their kids? Have you ever wondered why people in your parent’s generation didn’t have these problems? The answers are all right here in this interview.

PLUS

The Honest Food Guide (PDF chart) – An outstanding chart on food choices & how they affect your family. Offers genuine nutritional information, not watered-down information designed to boost the sale of processed milk, beef and grain products.

Note: These links are no longer available at the Homeschool Freebie of the Day website, please see updated links below.

My personal experience with what “they” call “ADHD”:

  • Processed foods, especially food colorings and corn syrup, will affect a child -we got rid of the cheetos, hard candy and soda pops and there was no more bouncing off the walls, anger, and self-destructiveness. Every once in a while, my children get a soda or candy as a treat -and it takes two days for them to calm back down.
  • Exercise is also important -we noticed long ago that our children are calmer and can concentrate better if they get plenty of exercise such as running, jumping rope, hiking and long walks.
  • Drugs aren’t good -what about the side-effects? I’ve seen many children turned into walking zombies after being put on “ADHD” drugs.

Educate yourself, get the book and food chart -they’re free, so you have nothing to lose.

Blessings,

Denese

Some Of Our Old Family Remedies

My grandfather used whiskey on on our gums when we were teething as babies.

I can remember my momma giving us lemon and honey tea for sore throats and we had a black salve for drawing out splinters.

My momma-in-law used catnip tea to calm babies, mullein tea for coughs and kerosene to repel chiggers.

My husband pours kerosene on wounds (ouch!).

Some Home Remedies I Use

  • vinegar on burns (not broken skin) and athletes foot
  • aloe vera for burns
  • garlic/mullein oil for clogged ears, earaches, ear infections
  • an eyewash of eyebright or goldenseal tea for styes, pinkeye
  • mullein for coughs/bronchitis
  • homemade chicken soup with lots of onion, garlic, sage and thyme, for colds
  • honey for: sore throats, coughs, infected cuts and scrapes
  • witch hazel for skin conditions/to reduce swelling and redness (excellent for your face)
  • comfrey (as a poultice or salve) for cuts/bruises/broken bones/skin cancer
  • wild violet leaves (poultice) for skin conditions
  • sage/thyme/mullein/chamomile/peppermint/lemon balm/ginger/garlic/cayenne tea for colds and the flu (some or all)
  • ginger for upset stomach
  • licorice root for stomach upset/ulcers
  • cayenne/garlic for sinus problems
  • jewelweed (wild touch-me-not) for poison ivy (washing immediately in COLD spring water also works)
  • moistened tobacco or baking soda paste on insect bites and stings
  • salt pork or bacon fat to draw out splinters
  • onion poultice for boils
  • mountain mint/mosquito plant to repel bugs (rubbed on skin and clothes)
  • tea tree oil for shingles, acne

Salmonella Outbreak

Have you or anyone you know had the stomach flu lately? It might not be the flu!

A couple weeks ago, my 7 year old son, Daniel, came down with what we thought was a stomach virus, two days after a family get-together. He had stomach cramps, fever and the runs.
It took him a week to get over it!

Last night I found out there has been a Salmonella outbreak in 42 states, since October!

Salmonella outbreak spreads to 42 states, CDC says

The symptoms are exactly what Daniel had.

I thought I’d pass this on in case you’re like us and haven’t heard about it from your local news.

Stay well,
