I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth.

Frugal Exercise: Jumping Rope
This is our hillbilly jump rope:
After going through 10 or 15 jump ropes from the store -that tore up within two weeks- Abby made one from one of Lacy’s tow ropes. (This one has lasted a year.)
Time for P.E. –jumping rope!
Jumping rope is not just for children, either. (Who do you think taught them how to do it?)
It is an excellent cardiovascular exercise that also improves agility, coordination and endurance.
Plus, you can do it indoors or out and it doesn’t cost a lot of money.
If you’ve never jumped rope before, check out The Jump Rope Institute for some tips.
Blessings and happy jumping,Denese

Last Day of Winter: A Walk in the Woods
Pictures
Another sunny morning, but it sure is cold! It’s supposed to get colder and snowy starting tonight, so we are making today our library day…for both of them!
It wasn’t easy, but I found a couple pictures of my husband. If you want to take a look-see, they’re on my Family Album page. I’d like to set it up a little differently but it will do for now.
I can cross one thing off my list!
Blessings,Denese
