Free Event Saturday In Townsend: Herb And Wildflower Day At The Visitors Center

Need something to do this weekend that’s fun, free and educational?

Come to Townsend, TN tomorrow, Saturday April 3rd, for “Herb and Wildflower Day”. You can learn about herbs, wildflowers and birds of the Smokies; take a wildflower hike or garden tour; plus purchase plants, herb teas, pottery or baked goods.

All programs for this free event meet at the Townsend Visitor Center on 321 and are from 9:00am to 5:00pm (“Bird Walk” at 7:30am). Hikes do require registration.
