Your books are long overdue for a generation of young parents who grew up without the concept of frugality in their lives. Since frugality often means less consumption, your wisdom will protect family’s wallets while simultaneously helping to save the planet. Bravo Denese!

What a blessing this site is!! I learned so much of this kind of thing the hard way many years ago, but it has been wonderful to know when times get tough,(I find that I like to live frugally more than not, actually.) I know that these types of skills are what will carry us all through the hardest of times. And, really, you never quit learning. It’s still an adventure to find money saving recipes, once a month cooking, better ways to live skills, as ever before.
